Clean up of 5th & G St

Clean up of 5th & G St

Roger McDaniels

On the 10th the Cedar Key Garden Club held its first landscape workday for 2012. We cleaned up the park at the end of 5th & G Streets thanks to the great efforts of Sue & Bill Seyfarth, Ed Dehaan, Mac Cox, Katherine Dunlop & myself. We trimmed the trees, removed underbrush, vines, and briars from under the big oak tree.

I have attached some photos of your Garden Club in Action.
The landscape crew will meet at the Welcome Center Tuesday mornings at 9:30 for another fun morning of work in beautifying our town.
The Brazilian Pepper crew meets at the State Museum at 10:00 a.m. on Friday`s.
