NOTICE OF RESOLUTION
The City Commission of Cedar Key will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at 6 pm to hear and act upon Resolution 313, which states: RESOLUTION NO. 313
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, FLORIDA; AMENDING THE FEES CHARGED TO RESIDENTS FOR A CEDAR KEY CEMETERY MEMORIAL GARDEN PERMIT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The cost of the Memorial Garden permit will be raised from $350.00 to $500.00.
Any person wishing to inspect Resolution No. 313 may do so at City Hall, 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida during normal business hours. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed resolution. If any person decides to appeal the decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at said PUBLIC HEARING, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
