SUPPORT OUR TROOPS! HELP! The Cedar Key Woman`s Club has been hosting a program for "SUPPORT OUR TROOPS" since 2002, and since that time approximately 320 packages have been sent to our American military stationed out of the U.S.A. Care packages are sent four times a year, and the items included in the packages, as well as the cost of shipping, are donated by club members and/or paid for by donations from members and C.K. fundraising----remember TACKY TOURIST AT THE FASHION SHOW!
The CKWC needs your help to get the packages to those who are serving in faraway places. WE need names and addresses of local military men and women, and any grandsons, or nieces or nephews - or just friends, who are deployed out of the U.S.A. PLEASE, call Eileen Senecal, the chairwoman of the program, with the appropriate name and address information, so that your "loved one" can receive a package from the C.K.W.C.
AND REMEMBER to SUPPORT OUR TROOPS by stopping at the C.K.W.C. booth at CLAMERICA and buy a STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE! Patriotically decorated, of course!
