City of Cedar Key NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Architectural Historical Review Committee of the City of Cedar Key, Florida has nominated the Church of God (Wells Furniture) of 709 5th Street (Parcel # 32-15=13=08664-001-00) to be placed upon the LOCAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES in accordance with the requirements of Article 3.01.03 , Chapter Four, Laws of Cedar Key. The City Commission of the City of Cedar Key will first consider this Nomination at its regular meeting on February 6, 2007. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. and will be held in the City Hall at 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida. The City Commission will determine whether to forward this Nomination to the City of Cedar Key, Local Planning Agency for its recommendation on whether to amend the Cedar Key Land Development Code by adding the nominated property to the Local Register of Historic Places.
